Export Clerk - London

We are looking to recruit an experienced air and sea freight Export Clerk who has gained experience of working in the freight forwarding industry. You must be experienced in handling air and sea freight export shipments, liaising with customers, agents and suppliers. You must also be able to produce costings and quotations, prepare all export documentation - HAWBs, MAWBs, BLs, etc.
The export clerk will also be responsible for arranging collections and deliveries, tracking and tracing freight and updating the freight status, completing customs entries, invoicing, etc.

The successful candidate must have a good telephone manner, remain calm under pressure and fit in with an entrepreneurial company atmosphere.
